Uplifter has made a name for itself in the glass industry and far beyond, not only with the Glassworker, but also with the agile and versatile UPT150 and UPT250 transport helpers. Designed, engineered and manufactured in-house, these glassworkers have received an update that is second to none:
As of now, the UPTs impress with an improved power-to-weight ratio. Up to 20% of weight has been saved, while disassembly for transport in a car remains as easy as ever. Handling has been increased in the course of improved side shifting and maneuverability has been made easier. At the customer's request, the lightweight aluminum mast can easily be made longer for even more flexibility in use.
These one-man transport units live up to their name - thanks to Update 4.0: innovative features such as lateral swiveling of the vacuum cross and a shelf above the tires for panels and glass panes make transport even more comfortable and safe. Doors and narrow spaces can be easily passed by just one person thanks to this shelf. Effectively saves time, energy and personnel.
Another new feature of the UPT 150 is that all moving parts can be adjusted easily and continuously - as is already the case with its big brother as standard.
With the UPT 250, they have gone one step further as part of the Update 4.0: the batteries and the entire electronics have been concealed and installed directly in the unit to save space. In addition, an even higher payload is guaranteed with this device thanks to the smooth-running extension of the carriage.
Both models are optimally adapted to the ground conditions of a construction site. Coarser surfaces can be easily negotiated thanks to wider and larger tires. Clever accessories increase the variety of possible applications and make the UPT an indispensable transport aid for the modern craftsman.
