Bauweise und Einsatzgebiete
Der fahrbare Glasroboter mit Akkubetrieb ist sehr leistungsfähig, kompakt, wendig und flexibel einsetzbar, nicht nur für die Glasmontage. Dank der doppelten Hinterräder und seinem starken Vorderradantrieb lässt er sich in jedem Gelände einsetzen. Sein Gehäuse ist wasser- und staubgeschützt und somit ideal für jede Baustelle geeignet. Mit seinem relativ geringen Eigengewicht lässt er sich einfach im Sprinter transportieren.
Die Glastransporter meistern das Heben, Verfahren und Positionieren von Glasscheiben und ähnlichen Objekten mit glatter Oberfläche wie z.B. Metallplatten, Sandwichpaneelen, Trapezbleche, Rigipsplatten oder beschichtetes Holz ohne Probleme. Uplifter Verglasungsroboter sind die sichere und effiziente Möglichkeit der Verglasung und unter Last verrollbar. Die Verglasungsgeräte gibt es übrigens auch im Sonderbau mit Glasmanipulatoren für Ihren Spezialeinsatz auf Baustellen, wie zum Beispiel die Installation von Glas und Paneelen in Gebäuden. Der Glasheber des Glaslifter ist drehbar, schwenk- und kippbar womit eine Überkopfmontage kein Problem darstellt. Mit den sicheren Zwei-Kreis-System und genauer Fernsteuerung per Fernbedienung lässt sich die Glasmontage auch mit nur einem Mitarbeiter durchführen.
