Revocation Rights

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without stating reasons.
The revocation period shall last fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax or email) about your decision to revoke the contract. You may use the included sample revocation form, though this is not required.

In order to meet the revocation deadline, sending your declaration on the exercise of your revocation rights before the revocation period expires shall be sufficient.

Consequences of Revocation

In the event that you revoke this contract, we must refund any payments we received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from you choosing a different shipping method than the least expensive standard shipping method offered by us) to you without delay and within fourteen days of the day on which we received your declaration for the revocation of this contract. We will refund you through the same payment method used by you during the original transaction, unless expressly agreed to otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged an additional refund fee. We may refuse to provide the refund until the goods are returned to us or until you prove that you returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Normal case: You must bear the direct costs of the return of the goods.
You must only cover a loss of value of the goods if this loss of value was caused by handling the goods in a manner unnecessary for inspecting their condition, characteristics and functions.
