High safety standards
Our lifting and carrying devices can make your everyday work so much easier. A high level of safety during transport and assembly a basic requirement for us. No matter whether you need a manual vacuum lifter or an electrically operated lifting system.
Normally, only one person is required to handle loads using a vacuum lifting device. This can reduce labour costs. Because the load is supported by the lifting device and not by the user, this also reduces the physical stress and strain on your employees. This does not only protect the health of your employees, but can also significantly reduce the risk of injury.
In comparison to other material handling methods, vacuum lifters reduce the costs of doing business and increase productivity as well as job satisfaction in many different ways, no matter whether they are used indoors or outdoors.
When used indoors, our customised work-site solutions can facilitate assembly, not to mention the savings in time and money. You can use all of the functions using a cable or wireless remote control – up to a load capacity of 2000 kg.
For outdoor use, we offer state-of-the-art technology, from the smallest vacuum pump to complex glass vacuum lifter systems. In combination with one of our many cranes, you can lift or install any glass plate, no matter the height or position, up to a load capacity of 2000 kg.
Most of our vacuum lifters can be outfitted with practical accessories and adapted to your specific tasks. You will find, for example, vacuum pads for curved glass plates as well as for materials with special surface properties. Of course, we would be happy to install any mount extensions that would suit your transport and assembly situations.
