Time is money - and the completion of the second floor balconies with extra-large patio slabs should be done as quickly as possible. On the recommendation of the slab manufacturer (THANK YOU to Mehlhose!), the metal construction company therefore turned to Uplifter with confidence for this special task: XXL balcony slabs made of fiber concrete with a weight of about 360 kilograms have to be lifted to the 1st floor for installation - the time window is tight. In addition, it is the first construction phase of this slab installation and there are no empirical values yet as to how the installation concept proves itself.
What solution does Uplifter have?

The slabs have to be lifted from the garden onto the balcony on the 1st floor. The MAEDA MK1033 mini crane with articulated arm will be used, no question. Where do you lose the most time? Correct, when you have to bring each individual slab into position (and these are not exactly lightweight at 360 kg), and fasten the slip. Only then can the slab be lifted, the slip must be released again and the slab moved (manually or with another auxiliary device). Estimated time: about 17 hours.

The Balkodur E balcony floor panels with drainage system are delivered upright on pallets. The upright fiber floor panels can now - thanks to the Uplifter installation concept - be sucked up with the vacuum lifter in just one work step, lifted onto the balcony and laid straight away. This saves time and manpower! In just one working day, the job is completely finished and all elements remain intact. More than twice as fast! Time savings: reduced from 17 hours to 8 hours!
